Over the years, Choice Productions has cultivated relationships with the top catering companies and executive chefs from around the world. These exclusive relationships enable us to provide an array of cuisines that will satisfy even the most discerning guests.

Choice Productions specializes in creating custom menus for your next event, which can include options from our favorite local and organic farms. Our chefs will prepare these foods according to the special requests of our clients and are also fully trained in providing raw food options that will blow your guests away.

We are also able to provide you with our recommendations for wine pairings, specialty drinks and custom brewed beers* (one of our founders is a brew master) tailored to your menu and theme.
